If you were at Stellina on Sunday June 8th you witnessed one of the more exciting musical evenings of the year. Music by all of the greats: Verdi, Wagner, Puccini, Weill, Offenbach and Mozart.
We’ll be doing it again on July 20th, when Sunday Night At The Opera returns for the second of our summer series with “Ladies Night”, an evening devoted to songs, arias and ensembles in a decidedly feminine key.
Our coordinator, Gina Razon, promises an evening of musical diversity and excitement. We’ll hear favorites such as the Flower Duet from Lakme and the Barcarolle from Tales of Hoffman, interspersed with less familiar pieces such as a rousing aria from Handel’s legendary Baroque opera Semele.
Accompanying the three-act concert will be another of our family-syle three-course meals.
The price for Opera Night is $40 per person, including all entertainment and food.
Reservations are required. Contact us either by phone or through the reservation page of this website.
The artistes from Boston-based Opera-On-Tap who will be appearing in this event will include:
Mary-Alexandra Onstad, Soprano
Kim Lamoureux, Soprano
Roselin Osser, Mezzo Soprano
Gina Razon, Mezzo Soprano
Mark McNeill, pianist
